Java on BulldogJ and BulldogK

Two versions of Java are installed on BulldogJ and BulldogK. The default version is the Gnu version of Java 1.4.2. The alternative version is the Sun Java JDK version 6u6. To access the Sun version, use the command "module load java/sun-java-jdk-6u6". To use the Sun version in batch jobs, you should insert this command into your .bashrc file.
